How We Operate
All proposals are individually assessed by our highly experienced team and rates are based on risk.

Margin rates up to 5m, and in some cases above, are typically available based on Bank of England base rate. For funds over 5m, some lenders will use Libor base or offer SWAP rates up to 10 years.

Currently we are looking at a margin rate spread of between 3% - 5.4% margin over bank base rate.

High net worth clients or corporate PLC applications are risk assessed on bespoke terms for the higher end borrowing requirement.

As you would expect, we have a lending panel, giving you the widest possible range of funding options.

The key to identifying suitable funding solutions is in the preplanning of applications and a thorough understanding of the current acceptance criteria for each of our lending sources. Many applications fail simply because they have not been fully and professionally appraised prior to submission.
